Our holiday apartments in Castelrotto are a generous 72 and 78 m² – Both are on the first floor of our house and each has two huge balconies with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. Your accommodation in Castelrotto includes an eat-in kitchen equipped with all the essentials, a comfy sitting area, two bedrooms as well as a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a safe, satellite TV, and free internet.

You are welcome to use our garden with lawn. At our farm, we offer facilities for washing, drying, and ironing. If you want, you can pick fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs from the farm garden or from the various trees (e.g. lettuce, tomatoes, courgettes, walnuts, plums, berries…). If you travel with a baby, we provide toddler equipment. Thus, you don’t have to bring anything with you. And if you decide to spend your winter vacation on our farm, a ski boot dryer is already waiting for you. There are shops for all your daily needs and various restaurants in the village of Castelrotto, which is just one kilometre away.

Conditions & Services included

With the South Tyrol Guest Pass:

• You may travel free of charge on all shuttle buses in the holiday region Alpe di Siusi (except for lines 10, 11, and 12).
• You may use all regional trains in South Tyrol – from Brennero to Trento and from Malles to Dobiacco –, as well as all local buses – city buses and intercity buses.
• The lift facilities to Renon, Colle, Maranza, San Genesio, Moltena and Verano, the Renon Tram and the funicular to Mendola are also included and free of charge for you.
• Furthermore, you may enjoy one return trip with the PostBus Switzerland between Malles and Müstair once during your stay.
• You will also receive discounts on the Combi Card, the Nordic Pass, and the Alpe di Siusi Card Gold.

Rates and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights per apartment, with an occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children in the months of July and August as well as December and during Carnival. In all other periods, we kindly ask you to book a minimum stay of 3 nights.

For every additional person, we charge 15 €/night.

The price includes: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread delivery service, and final cleaning, as well as all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax of 1.75 € / day for all guests (14 years or older).

Pets

Out of respect for our other guests, pets are not allowed!

Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit of € 150 per stay for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € per week has been paid.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed. Furthermore, the below stated cancellation policy will apply.
The fee for final cleaning is included in the price.
Payment: Please pay cash on site or in advance via bank transfer.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect your arrival from 14 o’Clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14 o’Clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 o’Clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to art. 1382 ZGB:There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian consumer protection code.

Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with art. 1382 ZGB:
At least 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation by the guest in the period between the 29th day before the day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fee: 30%.

In case of no show of the guest (“no show”) or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.

Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your vacation.

Travel cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your coming. Nevertheless, we recommend that you take out “cancellation protection” as soon as you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries.
