Are you looking for a truly special experience during your holiday in South Tyrol? How about a rustic alpine hut on the Alpe di Siusi? The farm Plieghof has a private lodge, which you may rent all year round. On the Alpe di Siusi you will spend your alpine holiday in South Tyrol in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Alps. Our romantic lodge Plieger Schwaige is located at 1,750 meters above sea level. It is ideal for 2-4 persons and has a cosy bedroom, a kitchen, electricity, running hot water, heating, and a television – there is more comfort than you would imagine. The fresh bread service will even provide you with crispy breakfast rolls up at the hut. You may get milk and eggs from the farm Plieghof.

Our holiday refuge, built in traditional wood construction, is surrounded by alpine meadows, coniferous forests, and an impressive mountain world. Many hiking trails criss-cross the natural landscape. You’ll reside very comfortably and idyllically secluded on the largest alpine plateau in Europe – the perfect vacation! In the summer, you may simply step out the door and set off on beautiful hikes on the Alpe di Siusi. In the winter, you will find a ski slope, a toboggan run and a cross-country trail just a few meters from the alpine hut. If you book our lodge, you can comfortably reach the Alpe di Siusi by car. You will receive a special transit permit. If you arrive by train, you may take a bus or taxi to the Plieger Schwaige. There is a covered parking space for your car. There is no Wi-Fi at the lodge. But perhaps that is exactly the special attraction of a natural alpine vacation in South Tyrol. The cell phone network around our alpine hut on the Alpe di Siusi is excellent. However, with all that natural beauty and romantic ambiance you won’t even think about your phone, but simply indulge!

Rates and discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights per apartment, with an occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children in the months of July and August as well as December and during Carnival. In all other periods, we kindly ask you to book a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For every additional person, we charge 15 €/night.
The price includes: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread delivery service, and final cleaning, as well as all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax of 2,50 € / day for all guests (14 years or older).
Pets
Out of respect for our other guests, pets are not allowed!
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit of € 150 per stay for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation.
Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € per week has been paid.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed. Furthermore, the below stated cancellation policy will apply.
The fee for final cleaning is included in the price.
Payment: Please pay cash on site or in advance via bank transfer.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
We ask for your understanding that in case of cancellations at short notice (3 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday) the deposit will not be reimbursed.
In case you don’t move into the booked accommodation for the agreed period without a cancellation you are obligated to pay 80% of the agreed total price. In case of early departure or late arrival you pay the price for the days you stayed in the apartment plus 80% of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services.
